疫情防控下的护理人文浅析

摘要:

2020年新春伊始,新型冠状病毒肺炎肆虐全球,严重威胁人类的健康与生命。中国护理工作者作为抗疫前线的主力军,不惧生死、救死扶伤的行为令世界震撼。本文通过阐述护理人文素养的内涵及发展的必要性,探讨了阻碍我国护理专业人员人文素养发展因素,结合国外医学人文培养先进经验,积极构建后疫情时代中国特色护理人文素质培育模式,以期培养出高科学素质和人文素质的综合性人才,提升护理服务质量,真正满足大众的需求,促进护理领域人文回归。

Abstract:

Since the beginning of the spring of 2020, the COVID-19 outbreak has run rampant around the globe, seriously threatening human health and life. As the main force in the front line of fighting against the pandemic, Chinese nursing workers astounded the world with their dauntless spirit and noble actions. Through expounding the connotation of nursing humanistic literacy and the necessity of its development, this article discusses the barriers to the development of nursing humanistic literacy in China. Besides, combining with the advanced experience from foreign medical humanistic training, this article constructs the training mode of nursing humanistic quality with Chinese characteristics in the post-epidemic era, which is expected to cultivate comprehensive talents with competent scientific and humanistic qualities, improve the quality of nursing services, truly meet the needs of the mass public, and facilitate the return of humanities in nursing.
