《肺结核诊断标准》是各级医疗卫生机构及医务人员对肺结核做出正确诊断的指南。笔者通过对比2017年新修订的《肺结核诊断标准》与2008年版后发现,新版《肺结核诊断标准》对肺结核的定义和流行病学调查范围予以重新定义,新增γ-干扰素释放试验等检查手段,明确了分子生物学和病理学检查在肺结核病中的确诊地位,并将儿童肺结核正式写入诊断标准。总之,新版《肺结核诊断标准》为肺结核的精准诊断提供了有效参考,更有利于防止肺结核的漏诊和误诊。
Abstract：The Diagnostic Criteria for Tuberculosis serves as a guide for diagnosing tuberculosis to medical and health institutions and medical staff at all levels in China. By comparing the newly revised 2017 edition of Diagnostic Criteria for Tuberculosis with its 2008 edition, the authors find that(1) the definition of tuberculosis and the scope of epidemiological investigation have been revised,(2) examination techniques such as interferon-γ release test have been appended,(3) the diagnostic values of molecular biological and pathological examination for pulmonary tuberculosis have been recognized, and(4) child tuberculosis has been officially included in the diagnostic criteria. The 2017 edition Diagnostic Criteria for Tuberculosis provides effective means for the accurate diagnosis of tuberculosis, and helps prevent misdiagnosis of tuberculosis.
